Our Purpose
(Why do we exist)
Chinese Girl

Our purpose is to be one voice, which mobilizes, trains, equips and sends out believers to be workers who demonstrate the love of God to the world, and who bring in the harvest by going where the need is the greatest and the workers are the fewest.

Our Vision
(What are we trying to accomplish)

Leadership Development
We have established strategic partnerships with other ministries to enable us to provide leadership materials to, and develop leaders in Asia. We teach leadership principles to Christian workers, both local and foreign, thus enabling them to grow in their leadership abilities and their effectiveness in ministry.

Young Chinese Boys
Pastoral Care
We provide pastoral care to Christian workers from all nations, emphasizing the areas of marriage, family, and growing in character. We always encourage them to pursue intimacy in their personal relationship with the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.

Discipleship
We have developed discipleship materials, which clearly and effectively lay out the basic Biblical foundations of our faith in a very simple, easy to understand and down to earth format. We teach these materials to Christian workers enabling them to grow and mature in their relationships with the Lord. We train and equip these workers to, in turn, teach and disciple those under their care.

Hospitality
Our home is an open refuge to Christian workers and local believers alike. It is a place where they can be loved on, encouraged, discipled, and challenged to grow and become more like Jesus.
